Ski lessons

Ski lessons at Arc 1950 are offered by two renowned schools: the French Ski School (ESF) and Evolution 2. These schools offer a variety of lessons to suit all ages and levels, in a safe and accessible environment.

These 2 ski schools are located opposite the flat.

🏔️ ESF Arc 1950 – For all levels and all types of skiing

ESF Arc 1950 has over 100 instructors and mountain guides, offering group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders, children and adults. Lessons start directly from the village, with groups of 1 to 10 people maximum. Children aged 3 and over are welcomed in secure areas with 5 free ski lifts and 3 fully-equipped chalets.

What’s on offer?

  • Group or private lessons in skiing, snowboarding, telemark, freestyle, off-piste, ski touring and handiskiing.
  • Lessons for children, teenagers and adults.
  • Unique experiences: yooner, snakegliss, paragliding, heliskiing, use of avalanche transceivers.
  • Accessible to the disabled.

🧗‍♂️ Evolution 2 – For a more adventurous approach

Evolution 2 offers group and private lessons in skiing and snowboarding, with a maximum of 8 people per group. Children aged 3 and over can take part in the ‘Panda’ course, combining an introduction to skiing with fun activities at the Yéti Camp. Adults can explore activities such as freeride, freestyle, ski touring or heliskiing.

  • Lessons from Sunday to Friday or Monday to Friday.
  • Supervision by qualified and enthusiastic instructors.
  • Private lessons available to suit all levels and interests.

🧒 Children’s lessons – From age 3

Children can start skiing from the age of 3. The ESF offers specially adapted group lessons, while Evolution 2 offers the ‘Panda’ course, combining an introduction to skiing with fun activities. Groups are made up of 8 to 9 children maximum, ensuring personalised attention.
