🗝️ 1. Booking and confirmation
- You book via our concierge service by paying a deposit (25% of the total cost of the booking, including overnight stays and security deposit).
- The balance is paid 30 days before arrival.
- Tourist tax is not included in the price.
- 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
- A deposit of €700 will also be required.
- The agency will contact you by e-mail or SMS if you agree.
2. Pre-arrival information
- Arrivals can be made from 5pm. If possible, we will ask you to state your arrival time. Early arrivals are subject to apartment availability and without guarantee.
3. On-site arrival
For arrivals between 5pm and 11pm:
- Please report to Auberge Jérôme reception.
For late arrivals (after 11pm)
- Please go to the Manoir de Savoie reception desk. The Manoir de Savoir reception is open 24 hours a day.
Keys will be given to you directly at reception.
5. Check-out Apartment 601
- The apartment must be vacated before 10am. Keys will be returned to Auberge Jérôme reception.
- The cleaning team will check the condition of the apartment, and if there is no damage, the deposit will be returned.
